Age of majority is 18 in Minnesota

No man is allowed to make love to his wife with the smell of garlic, onions, or sardines on his breath in Alexandria, Minnesota. If his wife so requests, law mandates that he must brush his teeth.

In Minnesota, it is illegal for any man to have sexual intercourse with a live fish.

Prostitution

This section is effective August 1, 2005, 
and applies to crimes committed on or after that date. 
Sec. 20. Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 609.321, 
subdivision 7, is amended to read: 
Subd. 7. [PROMOTES THE Previous Match PROSTITUTION Next Match OF AN INDIVIDUAL.] 
"Promotes the Previous Match prostitution Next Match of an individual" means any of the 
following wherein the person knowingly: 
(1) solicits or procures patrons for a prostitute; or 
(2) provides, leases or otherwise permits premises or 
facilities owned or controlled by the person to aid the Previous Match 
prostitution Next Match of an individual; or 
(3) owns, manages, supervises, controls, keeps or operates, 
either alone or with others, a place of Previous Match prostitution Next Match to aid the Previous Match 
prostitution Next Match of an individual; or 
4) owns, manages, supervises, controls, operates, 
institutes, aids or facilitates, either alone or with others, a 
business of Previous Match prostitution Next Match to aid the Previous Match prostitution Next Match of an 
individual; or 
(5) admits a patron to a place of Previous Match prostitution Next Match to aid the Previous Match 
prostitution Next Match of an individual; or 
(6) transports an individual from one point within this 
state to another point either within or without this state, or 
brings an individual into this state to aid the Previous Match prostitution Next Match of 
the individual; 

Sec. 24. [609.3243] [LOITERING WITH INTENT TO PARTICIPATE 
IN Previous Match PROSTITUTION Next Match.] 
A person who loiters in a public place with intent to 
participate in previous Match prostitution Next Match is guilty of a misdemeanor.
