In Kingsville, Texas there is a law against two pigs having sex on the city's airport property.

If you live in Texas  and do not like these laws then ask your  Legislators to change them.

Sexual Offenses: Texas defines sex 3 ways:
1. "Deviate Sexual Intercourse" is contact or penetration of the mouth or anus by a anothers genitals or an object,
2. "Sexual Contact" is "...touching of the anus, breast, or any part of the genitals of another person with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire...", and
3. "Sexual Intercourse" is "penetration of the female sex organ by the male sex organ".

Sec. 21.06 Under this definition "Deviate Sexual Intercourse" with a person of the same gender is a Class C misdemeanor. Sec. 21.07 Any of the above acts with another person and any of the above acts with an animal in public is a Class A misdemeanor. Sec. 21.08 Exposing the "...anus or any part of his genitals with intent to arouse..." is a Class B misdemeanor. It should be noted that indecent exposure does not include the female breast.

Polyamoury:
It is a Class A misdemeanor to live with a "...person in this state under the appearance of being married." if either is married to another.

Prostitution:
It is a Class B misdemeanor to "...offer to engage, agree to engage, or engage in sexual conduct for a fee; or solicit another in a public place to engage with him in sexual conduct for hire."

Owning Sex Toys:
It is a Felony to own "...six or more obscene devices or identical or similar obscene articles is presumed to possess them with intent to promote the same."

Houston

Sec. 28-14 Renting Premises to Lewd Female for Immoral Purposes.
It shall be unlawful for any person, whether agent or owner, to rent, lease or hire any house, building or room to any female notoriously abandoned to lewdness, or for immoral purposes.

Sec. 28-15 Bringing persons together for purpose of lewdness, assignation or prostitution.
It shall be unlawful for any person to bring together, offer to bring together, or assist in bringing together, by automobile, telephone or in any other manner, directly or indirectly, two (2) or more persons for the purpose of lewdness, assignation or prostitution.

Sec. 28-16 Transporting persons for unlawful or immoral purposes.
It shall be unlawful for any person to transport, offer to transport, or aid, or assist in transport; directly or indirectly, any person in, upon, over or through the streets of the city, by means of an automobile or other vehicle, for purposes of lewdness, assignation or prostitution, or for any other unlawful or immoral purpose.

Sec. 28-18 Public Nudity
It shall be unlawful for any person to appear on any public street, sidewalk, alley, or other public thoroughfare, in or such close proximity thereto, as to be observed by the public traveling on such street, sidewalk, or other public thoroughfare, in a state of complete nudity, or in such a manner of dress or of undress in a manner which exposes to the public view such person's genitalia and/or buttocks, and in the case of a female, the female breasts.

Sec. 28-20 Entering Restrooms of the Opposite Sex.
It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly and intentionally enter any public restroom designated for the exclusive use of the sex opposite to such person's sex without the permission of the owner, tenant, manager, lessee or other person in charge of the premises, in a manner calculated to cause a disturbance.
